Loaded Baked Potato Soup and Rhodes Rolls is our all time favorite fall dinner. It’s just the ultimate comfort meal.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: we did not bake the rolls frozen. We rise them in the oven at 175 degrees for about an hour. Then bake them according to the directions.
Recipe:
In a crockpot, mix together:
• ~ 10 Red Potatoes (enough to fill half the crockpot)
•1/2 White Onion
•2 cups Milk
•1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
•1 cube Butter
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are soft
Before serving, lightly smash up potatoes then mix in:
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 pack of real bacon bits
• 1 cup of Cheese (or more)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
Serve and enjoy!
