Please note that these estimates are based on the time it takes for us to process and ship your order, and do not include any potential delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance.

Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping. We offer international shipping to select countries. The cost and delivery estimates for international shipping can be found in the table below. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Missing or Damaged Orders. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at benandjamesllc@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
