Paris’ Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 c. Butter (softened)
3/4 c. Shortening
1 and 1/8 c. Brown sugar
1 and 1/8 c. Granulated sugar
1.5 tsp. Real vanilla extract
3 Eggs
3.5 cups Flour
1.5 tsp. Baking soda
1.5 tsp. Salt
2 c. Chocolate chips
Beat together butter, shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.
IMPORTANT: Chill for at least 1.5 hours (2 or more is better) Bake at 375 degrees (not 350!) for 10 minutes and don’t overdue it!
